Matthew Orr, Eurasia Analyst for RANE Network, will be presenting an update on Ukraine.  With the situation in Ukraine so fluid, the title is generic to allow Matt to speak on the latest issues.  He will also discuss his experiences in Ukraine and Russia, Ukrainian culture, and the role of religiosity in contemporary Ukraine and Russia.
